The Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation says
Northern Ontario is facing extremly tight rental market
conditions.
The vacancy rates for many Northern communities has
been on a steady decline since 1999.
Spokesperson David Philp says there are a number of
reasons why Kenora has a zero vacancy rate.
