The Principal of Beaver Brae Public School is showcasing her experiences with the Provincial Minister’s Principal Reference Group.
Tracy Benoit made a presentation to the Keewatin-Patricia District School Board to talk about the topics they cover.
She mentions that they discuss many topics including the impending legalization of marijuana and what effects that may bring.
Benoit says she was surprised by how many people know of the work that the school board does.
She also says she is happy to be part of the group since it gives a voice for Northwestern Ontario to the provincial government.
