The Keewatin Patricia District School Board isn’t
worried about the introduction of legislation that could
ban trans fat foods in school cafeteria’s.
Director of Education Janet Wilkenson says they already
offer Subway at some of their high schools.
Wilkenson notes at other schools they have private
companies run their cafeterias.

dropped from lunchroom menus.
