Major changes may be on the horizon in Dryden.
Dryden City Council will hear Tuesday the final report from KPMG.
The Sudbury-based consulting group has been dissecting City operations and services for the past couple of months in a bid to get the municipality back on track financially.
The firm has warned of major changes but Council isn’t required to implement the suggestions of KPMG.
KPMG has identified $5.6-million in reductions but admits that reaching that target is unrealistic.
The firm has found $2.65-million in operating efficiencies and $200,000 in service level reductions
The final suggestions will be made during an open meeting at 6:30.
Personal and labour relations recommendations will be presented at a closed door meeting the same night.
