Down but not out.
The Ontario Secondary School Teachers Federation says it plans to resume strike action June 10th in Sudbury, Peel and Durham.
The Ontario Labour Relations Board ruled the strike illegal, but says it can resume after a two week moratorium.
Education Minister Liz Sandals says because of that threat they still want to pass back-to-work legislation before the current session ends.
During Question Period, the opposition resumed calls for the Premier to fire the Education Minister due to the labour unrest.
