Lakehead Report Identifies Opportunities for North

A Lakehead University report states Northern Ontario must take control
of its research and policies.
Economics Professor Livio Di Matteo says the area should form a
policy institute to drive research from a regional perspective.
Di Matteo says that would help address economic concerns and would
track global and national trends that might impact the region.
