A stingy defence and timely saves has given Fort Frances home ice advantage once again in the Bill Salonen Cup.
A.J. Rupert and Dylan Robertson scored powerplay goals and Pierce Dushenko made 35-saves as the Lakers shut down the Dryden GM Ice Dogs 2-0 Wednesday night.
Troy Pierce made 25 saves for the Dogs.
The SIJHL Final is now tied 2-2.
Game 5 is Friday night in Fort Frances.
