Lawsuit Moving Ahead

The former Grand Chief of Grand Council Treaty 3 will be allowed to go ahead with a lawsuit filed against the OPP.
Leon Jourdain is suing the police in the aftermath of a sexual assault allegation made against him 6-years ago.
The move was granted by a Superior Court Justice.
The judge ruled the defamation, negligent investigation and malicious prosecution suit can go to trial.
