LU a Popular Destination

More students are applying for a spot at Lakehead University in Thunder Bay this year compared to last year.
Lakehead has seen a 6.2% increase in the number of applications from High School students.
President Fred Gilbert says at this point its difficult to say which courses are drawing the most interest.
Gilbert adds they expect an increase in applications from mature students because of the employment situation in the province.
