Lawsuit Over Health Care Premium

The Canadian Taxpayers Federation is still going ahead with its lawsuit against the McGuinty Government over Healthcare Premiums.
They hoped to have the case heard this summer but its been delayed until November.
Executive Director John Williamson believes they’ve got a good case as the Government broke its campaign promises and didn’t offer a referendum on the issue.
The Premiums went into effect on July 1st.
