Confederation College has been forced to eliminate 15 full and part time positions.
President Jim Madder says it’s the result of an almost $2-million shortfall in the money they get from the federal government for skills training.
One-third of the job losses will be through retirements.
Madder says they continue to see significant changes in revenue.
Madder adds while no further layoffs are planned, predicting the future is difficult.
