The federal Conservative Party has finalized the rules it will follow in the selection of a new leader.
The vote to replace Stephen Harper to take place May 27, 2017.
Candidates will be required to pay a non-refundable fee of $50-thousand and complete a leadership questionnaire.
In order to vote, one must hold a valid Party membership.
