The City of Dryden is expected to provide a grant of over $2,000 to the Royal Canadian Legion next Tuesday.
The local Branch approached Council for support in a bid to turn around
its fortunes.
President Eric Parker says strict Government regulations require
them to donate half of their lottery funds to a local charity which has made
it difficult to keep the doors open year round.
