The future of The Beer Store and its relationship with the provincial government is currently under study.
Premier Kathleen Wynne has appointed an advisory plan, lead by Ed Clark, to make recommendations.
In response the conglomerate offered to allow smaller Ontario breweries a space on its shelves, something Thunder Bay MPP Bill Mauro is reluctant to comment on.
Mauro is content with allowing the advisory panel to do its job first.
He says it’s still to early to say what the end result of any shake-up may be.
