The Dryden Eagles Girls hockey team hosted the Thunder Bay Queens Midget ‘A’ team on the weekend.
The Eagles won their first game 5-1.
Scoring for the Eagles were Jess Carter (2), Leah Balla, Darra Zieroth and Liv Carter each with a single.
The Eagles tied their second matchup 2-2 scoring late in the third on the power play to draw even.
Liv carter and Leah Balla scored for the Eagles.
Next weekend Lakehead University will be coming to Dryden to play the girls.
