Liberal Leader Not Happy With Economic Plan

The official leader of the opposition in the House of Commons says he has concerns about Canada’s ballooning deficit.
Liberal Michael Ignatieff took turn out of his cross-country tour to speak with party faithful in the Kenora Riding last week.
Ignatieff says the deficit is more than $20-billion more than when the Harper Government introduced its budget back in late January.
He says the Conservatives don’t seem to have a plan to turn the Canadian economy around.
Ignatieff says he would like to see more money invested in training and research and development, to get the country ready for a turn-around in our economic fortunes.
