Liberal MP Questions New FedNor Board

Thunder Bay-Rainy River Liberal MP Ken Boshcoff says the last thing
Northern Ontario needs is another economic development board.
FedNor Minister Tony Clement recently announced the creation of a
9-member FedNor Ministerial Advisory Board.
Boshcoff says one-third of the agency’s geographic territory is not
represented.
He notes the board doesn’t include anyone from the ridings of Kenora and Algoma-Manitoulin-Kapuskasing.
Boshcoff stresses what FedNor needs is the $6-million dollars in funding
the Conservatives cut from its budget.
