Liberal MPP Supports Lobbying Efforts

A Northern Ontario Liberal MPP is telling Regional Mayors to keep
putting the pressure on both levels of Government.
The Ontario Forestry Coalition, Dryden Mill Manager Norm Bush and
Kenora Mayor Dave Canfield met with Provincial Liberals Tuesday asking for
more support for the forestry sector.
Thunder Bay-Superior North’s Michael Gravelle says he understands
the importance of the issue.
Gravelle adds the Government is trying to work with forest sector
leaders to draft a plan that will keep mills in operation.
He adds he’s also pushing for a fair energy plan for the North.
