According to Environment Canada, Northwestern Ontario residents won’t
see any freezing conditions or significant snowfall anytime soon.
Jim Cook says the forecast is showing a pretty average November and
Early December.
Cook notes it was an interesting month of October.
Cook says most of the region was 2-degrees warmer than normal with little precipitation.
Although October was unusually dry and warmer; Dryden, Kenora and Fort
Frances did not break any records.
