The Liberals are the second party to release a Northern Ontario platform.
Anthony Leek is the candidate for the Kenora-Rainy River Riding.
Leek says the platform will mean real and measurable progress for Northern families.
The Grits are promising to increase the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund to $110-million and increasing the number of jobs created to 4,000 a year.
Leek says the Liberals are also promising more family health care for underserviced areas.
He adds his party is promising to make the Northern Industrial Electricity Rate program permanent and improving response times for the Northern Health Travel Grant.
The Liberals are also predicting the opening of 8-new mines in the next 10-years.
