One of the original members of the Lifelease Seniors Complex Not-For
Profit group says they are losing enthusiasm.
Fran Blair says a move by Dryden Council to delay a decision on bridge
financing for another 30-days is disappointing.
Blair says it seems that the organizing group has spent most of its
time waiting for decisions and notes its costing some who already have
letters of credit it.
Organizers were originally hoping to have Pineridge Terrace constructed
in the West Wabigoon Drive area this year but the 37-unit complex has
encountered several hurdles.
