A health care lobby group is calling for reforms to how home care is delivered in Ontario.
The Ontario Health Coalition has released a report, suggesting home care is poorly coordinated and patients don’t always get the care they need.
The Coalition is now hoping for a meeting with the Health Minister to discuss its findings.
