The launch of a book about doctor-assisted death by a local author.
The book titled “Master of My Fate” launches Thursday from 2-4 at Novel ideas.
Author Linda McIntosh says she’s learned a lot during the writing process.
McIntosh says she has talked to so many people about their life circumstances and the issue of dying.
She notes she’s learned a lot and is hoping her book will open some eyes about the issue.
McIntosh adds her book is heavily based around the work done by Conservative MP Steven Fletcher.
