A campaign called ‘Our Right to Know’ has been launched by a number of non-profit groups.
It’s aimed at candidates running in the federal election with the goal of having them talk about issues that they feel are being pushed to the side.

Kirby says the Harper government’s decision to cut funding for the Experimental Lakes Area still has people puzzled, because it was doing valuable research.
He says they also want the government to bring back the long-form census.
