The President and Chief Executive Officer of Treasury Metals has resigned.
Chris Stewart is leaving the company this month for an executive role with a global intermediate gold producer.
Treasury Metals says Stewart presided over an active phase of permitting, exploration, and development at the company and built a team in Dryden which will continue progressing the Goliath gold project towards production.
Officials say Vice President of Operations Bob MacDonald and Project Director Mark Wheeler will continue their roles with the Dryden development with increased responsibilities.
Greg Ferron has been appointed Interim CEO.
Treasury Chair Marc Henderson says the Board has full confidence in all three to continue to build on the successes of the company and to execute the Goliath development on schedule.
