‘Sunset Country Kitchen, The Next Generation’.
That’s the title of a new local cookbook with plenty of recipes including meat dishes, casseroles, dips and salad dressings.
Dryden’s Stella Davies is one of the Co-Authors of the book and she says she has been using some of the recipes for years.
Davies says they are all down to earth and don’t require exotic ingredients that you wouldn’t use often.
