Local Pairs Team Competes At World Championships

A big week for Balmertown’s Eric Radford, and his figure skating partner Meagan Duhamel.
The two-time Canadian Pairs Champions are in London, Ontario for the 2013 World Figure Skating Championships, and will compete in the pairs final on Friday.
The duo will return to Northwestern Ontario next week where they will perform at the Balmertown Figure Skating Club’s Stars on Ice Carnival on March 23.
Tickets for the Saturday show are only being sold in advance, and can be purchased at Video Plus and Tangled in Red Lake.
