Local Services Board to be Formed in Oxdrift Area

A Local Services Board will be formed in Oxdrift.
Unincorporated residents packed the Oxdrift Hall Monday night to vote in
favour of a services board by a 2 to 1 margin.
A levy will be collected in order to run fire and 9-1-1 service as well
as the recreation group.
Several residents voiced concerns that the Government could take over
the Board, forcing unincorporated members to shell out even more money.
