Dryden Police say a 38-year-old man faces charges following a domestic incident on Saturday.
Police say the incident took place at a First Street home, where the accused repeatedly assaulted his 22-year-old female partner.
The victim was transported to hospital with numerous injuries but was later released.
Police say the man has been charged with 2-counts of domestic related assault with a weapon, assault causing bodily harm and forcible confinement.
No names have been released.
