Extra provincial funding may not be enough for Long-Term Care Homes in Dryden and Red Lake.
Last week, the McGuinty Liberals allotted Princess Court $98,000 for its 65 beds and $26,000 for 22 beds at the Northwood Lodge.
Administrator Kevin Queen welcomes the money but notes the province is also proposing higher standards of service that may not be feasible.
Queen says they were never funded properly for the original standards but believes the Liberal Government is more committed to Long-Term Care then the Tories.
Queen says he hopes to have a better idea on how the new standards will affect them by the end of the month.
