Not a lot of early interest in the Thursday provincial election in northwestern Ontario.
Advance poll numbers have been released and the new riding of Kiiwetinoong had the lowest turnout in the 124-ridings.
Kenora-Rainy River had the fifth lowest number of advance votes.
It was a different story in other parts of Ontario as the overall number of people who voted before the June 1st cut-off went up about 20%.
Roughly 769,000 people cast ballots, or about 18.8% of eligible voters.
