The Ontario Energy Board is launching a new savings program.
Spokesperson Brian Hewson says the Ontario Electricity Support Program is targeted to low income families.
Hewson says applications will be accepted for eligible families starting this fall.
He notes eligibility will be based on both family size and income.
The program will take effect January 1st next year.
