Lumber Products Future

Northern Ontario forest companies are being encouraged to look at manufacturing more value-added lumber products.
The Ontario Living Legacy Trust has just released a report which suggests there has been substancial growth in the value added lumber market.
It also suggests this has led to an increase in the number of jobs and exports.
Executive Director of the Trust, Karen Aquino says there is room for growth in the industry and they will share details of the report in a number of workshops across Northern Ontario starting in the new year.
