Dryden Police put down a lynx that had been causing problems in the City for about a week.
Over the weekend, officers tracked the big cat to the Casimir Avenue/Wilson Street neighbourhood where it was shot.
The animal was then turned over to the MNR to be disposed.
It 1st appeared last Tuesday & reports indicated the cat showed no fear of comming into contact with humans.
