Canada Post is cutting mail delivery starting this week due to
the effects of rotating strikes by postal workers.
Mail will only be delivered Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Canada Post says the week-and-a-half-long job action has scared
customers away, adding the decline in mail volume means the post
office has no choice but to cut services.
Canada Post also says there is no plan to ask the federal
government to legislate an end to the strikes.
