Major Award For Atikokan Mayor

A top honour for Atikokan Mayor Dennis Brown.
He is the recipient of the Economic Developers Council of Ontario Community Leadership Award.
Brown says he feels greatly honored.
Brown says he wouldn’t have been able to get it without the support of his community.
The award recognizes a municipal official who demonstrates a leadership role in bringing together diverse ideas to advance their community.
Brown was the only person in Ontario to receive the award this year.
