Two hunting trips to a camp in Nestor Falls have resulted in serious consequences for 2-Burnsville, North Carolina men.
The hunters have been convicted of 22-counts of illegal hunting, resulting in fines totaling $25,000.
48-year-old Morris Silvers and 48-year-old Ben Morrow pleaded guilty for shooting and leaving multiple deer.
Silvers was also handed a lifetime hunting ban in Ontario and sentenced to 65-days in jail.
Morrow received a 4-year ban.
The men were fined for several offences including not having a hunting guide, abandoning meat and providing false information.
