Some positive feedback for the Northwest Student Services Consortium.
Manager Judy Green says they had put out a survey which was completed by almost 300 students ,parents and teachers from across the region.
The results find that:
– 97% of people felt that buses were on time
– 89% of respondents felt that their Driver/Operator is generally courteous and professional
– 90% of respondents felt the Email System is effective and informative
– 84% of respondents felt that Consortium staff are generally courteous and professional
– 92% of respondents felt generally satisfied with their school bus transportation
Green says they will use this information to improve the service.
