The Minister of Natural Resources has had mixed reactions
to his final report on Ontario’s forest industry.
Cec Makoski is the president of the communication energy
and paperworkers union, and says if the report is quickly
implemented it should help the forest industry.

Minister David Ramsay announced yesterday, the government
will guarantee 350 million dollars in loans for the forest
industry.
Makowski was one of the 17 council members who helped
draft the Minister’s report.
