Dryden Police have laid charges in connection with a single vehicle roll over at the east end of Duke Street Friday afternoon.
Police say a truck was being driven in an erratic manner when it lost control and flipped over in a ditch.
The driver attempted to flee from Officers but was quickly arrested.
Police say 32-year-old William Bacon of North Bay has been charged with impaired driving and failing to provide a breath sample.
Bacon will appear in court Monday.
