Man Charged With Assaulting A Police Officer

Provincial Police in Sioux Lookout have a 22-year-old man in custody following an incident at Town Beach.
OPP say the man was intoxicated and he became aggressive.
As a result, Lesley Moonias of Lansdowne House has been charged with 2-counts of assaulting a police officer.
He’s due in court today.
