A 64-year-old former Anglican Church Minister and Scout Master serving Northwestern First Nation communities is to appear in Kenora court on more than 6 dozen sex offenses.
Sioux Lookout OPP say the incidents are alleged to have occurred between 1972 and 1987 involving youths aged 6 to 16.
Police say Ralph Rowe was originally charged in May of last year and released on a promise to appear in Court but officers say he never attended the August 2003 hearing.
Rowe turned himself in to Police on Monday and now faces a total of 76 sex related charges.
OPP say the Court has again released Rowe on several conditions and ordered him back before the Judge on June 14th.
