The third man accused in the confinement and sexual assault of a 16-year-old Nova Scotia Boy has been granted bail.
John Leonard MacKean was released on $1,000 bail and a number of conditions.
The 63 year-old is prohibited from being in the presence of anyone under the age of 18, have no access to the Internet and he must stay in contact with authorities on a regular basis.
MacKean also must remain in the Nova Scotia unless for work purposes.
The matter has been put over until January 23rd.
A co-accused, David James Leblanc who was found in Northern Ontario, is facing seven charges in the alleged confinement and sexual assault case.
