Man Stabs Himself

A bizarre stabbing investigation for Dryden Police.
Officers were called to the Hospital Monday morning and spoke with a man who said he was stabbed while walking.
The man described his attacker and noted that the alleged man engaged him in conversation before the attack.
Officers traced the victim’s footprints in the snow and found no evidence of an attack.
An investigation revealed that the man suffers from mental issues and actually stabbed himself.
