Wood Supply Offers Accepted

The province is set to invest over $1-million into two wood production plants in Northern Ontario chosen by the Ministry of Northern Development.
Wawasum Corporation will see the construction of a new pellet plant, while the South Wabi Sawmill will modernize their plant.
The wood supply offers have been accepted by two Nipigon-Greenstone area First Nations.
Government officials say the 2-proposals are new and innovative.
The opening of the new plant will create around 20 new jobs.
