Man with Rifle

Emo OPP Officers arrested a man on the Lac le Criox 1st Nation last night.
They were responding to reports of someone walking around with a rilfe making threats.
36 year old Lawrence Ottertail has a court date today on charges of posession of a weapon dangerous to the public peace & uttering threats.
