Manitoba Getting Hit Hard; System To Miss Our Area

It looks like a major winter storm system is going to by-pass the Dryden area altogether.

While a few flurries are in the forecast Monday, much of southern Manitoba including Winnipeg are under a snowfall warning.

Some areas in western Manitoba have received as much as 30 centimetres of snow, and the Trans-Canada Highway is closed at Virden this morning.

Another 5 to 10 centimetres is expected today and driving conditions starting at Falcon Lake are less than ideal.
