A video gone viral may mean additional charges against a 36-year-old Manitoba man.
The man was seen on camera talking on his cell phone when he pulled out in front of an oncoming vehicle on Highway 17 east of Kenora.
The vehicle, being driven by Sioux Lookout’s Ralph Ireland, couldn’t stop in time and hit the truck.
Fortunaly no one was seriously injured.
The driver of the truck has already been charged with failing to yield.
