NDP Release Hydro Plan

The provincial NDP are unveiling a plan to help local residents save on Hydro costs.
Leader Andrea Horwath says the plan includes stopping energy subsidies to the U.S, capping pay for executives and a stop to private power giveaways.
Horwath says northernes can no longer afford to pay their hydro bill.
Should the strategy go through, the NDP are promising a $100 hydro rebate to customers.
