A Marathon man has died after being airlifted to Thunder Bay for medical assistance.
Provincial Police say 20-year-old Wade Hendry-Lee Otiquam-Joy passed away in hospital late Wednesday afternoon.
Provincial Police received a report of an unconscious man at a home on Stevens Avenue in Marathon on Tuesday.
As a result of an investigation, OPP charged 45-old Sheldon Finlayson with aggravated assault.
A post mortem is scheduled for Saturday in Toronto.
At this time, charges against Finlayson haven’t been upgraded.
